"All things are wearisome; man is not able to tell it. The eye is not satisfied with seeing, nor is the ear filled with hearing." (Ecclesiastes 1:8) If you observe people in this world you will find that a lot of them work to make money so that they can spend it, and they work harder to get more money so they can spend more, etc. . . it's an endless cycle. This is the reason a lot of people will flock to a fantasy movie to watch someone's imaginary world of imaginary characters that do imaginary things -- because life under the sun is so dreadfully, unchangingly boring. To put it another way, life on this planet is the pits without God! That's the way God designed it to be . . . He placed within us a God-shaped vacuum that only He can fill. And until He is there, nothing satisfies. Let's face it, there is no hell on earth like horizontal living without God!
