"Let us not judge one another anymore . . . " (Romans 14:13) I am reminded this morning that we all belong to the same Lord and when we stop dictating to others, it is easier for them to mature as they follow the Lord's directing. Freeing others means that we stop trying to fill positions that we're not qualified to fill, like being their judge. We're not qualified to judge others . . . we lack full knowledge. How often have we jumped to wrong conclusions and made judgmental statements, only to find out later how off base we were? The reason we are not qualified to judge others is because we don't know all the facts, we are unable to read motives, it is impossible for us to be completely objective, we lack the "big picture," we are prejudiced and have blurred perspective, and, most of all, we ourselves are imperfect and inconsistent!
